Shipping Policy:

• Turnaround time for custom items is 14–21 business days. These times are for production only and do not include shipping time.
• All items are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.

 

Return Policy:

• Since all items are customized, they are non-refundable.
• In the event of an error made by Dahlem Designs LLC, we will provide either a refund or store credit, at our discretion.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for resolution.
